Frankie Banali Announcement

UPDATE:  This was the date (OCTOBER 21, 2019) that Frankie Banali revealed that he was diagnosed with stage-IV pancreatic cancer – just 5 days before this show. This was one of his final performances and we were honored to have shared the stage with Frankie. He is truly a fine musician and a gentleman. He rocked the drums like he was full of vigor and energy that night.

Frankie Banali died from the disease on August 20, 2020, at age 68. He was the second member of the classic Metal Health-era Quiet Riot lineup to have died, following Kevin DuBrow in November 2007. Frankie Banali was forced to sit out on several Quiet Riot shows throughout 2019 as he was receiving treatment for his cancer. We were blessed to be with him and to hear him play those drums that night.

Rest In Peace, Friend …
