PowerTribe is fronted by the wild-child vocals of Missy Percifield. It is led by the virtuosic guitar skills of Darren Stroud and driven by the massive drumming of John Chominsky.
Missy Percifield, the once-child prodigy, gave up the stringent boundaries of the classical music pools for the waves of rock ‘n’ roll in Los Angeles. Missy exported Darren Stroud when she heard his solo talents on guitar. The two began writing their original music. They developed into a synchronous team when John Chominsky was added to the mix. The three became “PowerTribe”.
Backed by a huge song catalog (of vocal originals, guitar instrumentals, and a few personalized covers), PowerTribe delivers a warrior-like approach in their style. Their lyrics are well-crafted – often driven by social landscapes or human interests. They prefer taking the artistic road with good songs and chemistry. And all the while, they are reaching for the higher-level of music prowess.
