“The Earthlings Have Died” was written years before AI became a daily headline. The lyrics were born in 2019 … quietly sitting in a notebook (on the laptop) … until riffs, rhythm, intention, and Darren & John pulled them into focus. What began as an idea became a conversation between guitar, voice, bass, keys, and drums, each piece shaping the story into what it is now.
The song explores sentient machines not as villains, but as witnesses – processors of a world left behind. With melodic vocals, thoughtful imagery, and dynamic heavy metal foundations, it reflects on creation, consciousness, and survival.
Mixed and mastered by Marco Barusso (Lacuna Coil), the single arrives January 14th alongside a new video blending AI-anime visuals with raw live performance footage.
